Kick off the Oktoberfest weekend in style at **The Big White Hall**, our spacious indoor venue built for big energy and Bavarian charm. Thursday is all about warming up the crowd with live music from the **Swell Guys Oompa Band** — Halifax’s beloved brass ensemble known for their authentic German sound and cheeky stage presence. With traditional polkas, beer hall classics, and a dash of modern flair, they’ll have you clapping, stomping, and singing along all night.
🎯 Try your hand at **Hammerschlagen**, the classic Oktoberfest game where players compete to hammer nails into a wooden stump using the narrow end of a hammer. It’s harder than it looks — and way more fun than it should be.
